Staines Morris, and "that mayde Mary"

Happy May Day! This is a May carol (words here) with a fantastic tune which I was more familiar with from the Christmas carol 'Blessed be that maid Mary':



A cursory google doesn't inform me whether the tune belongs to the sacred or the secular words, or to both (as sometimes happens). Either way, it's a fantastic tune!
